Whether you're new to colonics or looking for a practitioner who truly gets it, I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your body’s natural ability to cleanse and heal.

About My Practice

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful colon hydrotherapy can be in supporting overall wellness. After finding relief from chronic Lyme disease and mold toxicity through regular colonics, I felt called to pursue this work and help others experience the same sense of clarity and healing.

I use the Woods Gravity Method—a gentle, machine-free approach that supports your body’s natural flow and rhythm. Since starting Vermont Gravity Colonics, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life seeking more comfort, lightness, and connection to their bodies.

Now, I’m thrilled to be offering sessions in Hoboken as part of the Alivio Wellness team—bringing the same attentive care and trusted method to a new community.
